Lakeview Hospital in collaboration with Bountiful Internal Medicine is seeking an internal medicine physician to join an established private practice in Bountiful, Utah.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine
• Utah licensure and DEA

• Greenway EMR
• Office hours Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-3
